Electrica S.A. is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical advice and support
- Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and closing deals by offering technical insights and product expertise
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and troubleshoot any issues.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, quotations, and orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
- Oversee the entire order process from quotation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems, cables, and related equipment preferred.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
