Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in marine engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical support to our clients in the marine sector.

Major tasks:

• Accomplish annual sales targets in line with the company’s targets and priorities
• Develop and maintain relationships with marine clients.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations.
• Suggesting actions to improve sales performance and related procedures, and identify opportunities for growth on the complete product portfolio and services
• Expand DETURBO clientele and increase penetration mainly in the Greek and Cypriot area
• Following up on sales quotations, negotiating and visiting customers on a regular basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales or technical support in the marine industry.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
