Corporate Lawyer

In this role, you will support the company’s corporate governance, commercial transactions, and compliance initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to provide legal guidance that aligns with our strategic goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, lease, services and licensing agreements) in Greek and English
• Provide legal support for corporate governance, including corporate resolutions, shareholder agreements
• dvise on regulatory matters and monitor compliance of the company’s activity with the current legislative and regulatory framework
• Conduct legal research and risk analysis to support business initiatives
• Collaborate with external counsel on specific projects or local matters
• Support financing transactions

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law (in-house or law firm)
• A Master of Laws or equivalent in the field of commercial /civil law
• Solid understanding of contract law, corporate governance and regulatory framework
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
