Junior Payroll Employee (Ηράκλειο Κρήτης)

We are looking for a Junior Payroll Employee for the Finance Department, based in our offices in Heraklion, Crete!

Responsibilties

• Handling day-to-day payroll tasks (Hirings, voluntary resignations, contract terminations, changes in employment relationships)
• Submission of weekly schedules to ERGANI
• Monitoring/checking the staff attendance register (Epsilon ESS)
• Updating digital employee records in the payroll system
• Filing of electronic and physical records
• Monitoring & checking of the Work Card
• Handle day-to-day communication with employees.
• Oversight of Cyprus Operational Processes in Coordination with the Partner Company

• Required studies: University/Technical Institute degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economic Sciences
• Previous experience in an accounting department or accounting office will be considered an additional asset
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Very good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office
• Developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Initiative and teamwork to achieve results
