HR and Legal Compliance officer8

Job Description:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on labor law and employment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional and international labor laws and regulations.
• Draft, review and update employee contracts, policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws.
• Resolve legal disputes related to employment.
• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee development and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
• Post job openings across various job boards and websites to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
• Conduct candidates' market research.
• Organize and conduct interviews, assess candidates and support hiring managers in the decision-making process.
• Continuously monitor labor market changes in employment laws.
• Travel to other company offices abroad as required to provide HR support.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Law with a specialisation in Labor Law or related field.
• Proven experience as a Legal Counsellor and/or HR Manager, particularly in labor law (at least 3 years).
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
• Experience in recruiting and managing a diverse workforce. ● Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English. Excellent verbal & written skills.
• Ability to travel internationally, as needed.
• Experience in an international or multi-location company.
• Candidate should be comfortable working as part of a global, cross-functional team.
• HR certifications or legal qualifications related to employment law
