Crew Assistant

Ship management company based in Piraeus is seeking  to employ an assistant for crew dpt .  qualifications : university degree, fluency in English, computer literacy and experience at same position 2-3 years. It will be also an asset to have knowledge of benefit software and crewing application , as well preparing MGAs.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and follow up on crew change procedures, Ensure all seafarers meet required certification and travel/documentation standards, Monitor crew planning across the fleet, Review and verify crew-related invoices and Das, Provide support on various crew matters and daily department operations
