Software Maintenance and Support Specialist

SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT SPECIALIST

(Full-time)

As part of the expansion of our team, we are seeking a self-motivated and ambitious professional for the position of Software Maintenance and Support Specialist, who will actively contribute to the stable and efficient operation of our information systems.

The role includes:

• Managing and maintaining existing applications, as well as maintaining source code repositories.
• Actively participating in software development team.
• Troubleshooting technical issues/bugs and providing user support.
• Monitoring and reporting issues related to the functionality and security of applications.
• Participating in software testing, upgrades, and technical evaluations.
• Collaborating with external partners or technology vendors to receive and integrate new solutions.
• Creating technical documentation and updating user and support team manuals.
• Performing ad hoc tasks assigned by the IT department.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or another related field.
• Very good command of the English language.
• Good knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, PHP).
• Experience with the installation, use, and configuration of open-source software (such as Drupal, Moodle, Zabbix, Redmine, SnipeIT, etc.).
• Good knowledge of databases and Database Management Systems (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, MariaDB).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and familiarity with FileMaker technology will be considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
