Kalimbassieris Maritime, a leading marine consultancy firm offering technical surveying and claims handling services, announces vacancy for Marine Surveyor, in its Piraeus office. The position involves marine damage and loss prevention surveys onboard ships (H&M and P&I surveys) and includes traveling out-of-base.
Candidates should be University graduates, with at least 2 years experience in Technical department of shipping companies, alternatively Merchant Marine Academy education and seagoing (Engine Room) experience on merchant vessels. Previous surveying experience will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
