Vessel Operator

We are seeking for a highly experienced Vessel Operator to join our dynamic team at a shipping company in Chalandri, Greece specializing in dry bulk maritime operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the shipping industry, particularly in bulk carriers, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This role demands a proactive individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multinational environment while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping industry, particularly in a shipping operator role.
• Background in Maritime studies, business, or related field
• ⁠Master’s Diploma A or B Class is required.
• Sea experience on bulk carriers is a strong advantage.
• Proven business acumen and commercial awareness to contribute to the company’s success.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maritime regulations and standards in the dry cargo/bulk carrier sector.
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High IT system literacy, with the ability to utilize various software and platforms effectively.
