Glyfada-based Ship Management Company is seeking to recruit a qualified Crew Operator who will
- liaise with affiliated Manning Agencies
- screen new recruits for all positions/ranks
- ensure that crew are duly prepared for employment
- make travel arrangements
- keep in close contact with seafarers and their families
The ideal candidate:
- has an excellent command of the English language
- possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- can work independently but enjoys being part of a team
- is willing and able to travel abroad
Previous experience in a similar position combined with relative higher education will be considered an advantage.
(Written) tests may form part of the selection procedure.
