Procurement Officer

A shipping company in Glyfada with a modern fleet of bulk carriers is seeking a Procurement Officer to join their team. The responsibilities include monitoring vessels inquiries, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, processing orders, arranging deliveries of stores, spare parts, chemicals, gases, provisions, paints, and lubricants. Other duties involve maintaining inventory records, implementing budgets, and conducting regular audits.

Candidates must hold a university degree, preferably, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong skills in team management, organization, time-management, ethical, integrity, and multitasking. Experience with Danaos, MS Office and ERP software, knowledge of industry standards, with excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
