Construction Manager     

for residential construction projects in Germany

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
• Over 7 years of experience in Construction Management and supervision of residential construction projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CAD Systems
• Experience in monitoring time scheduling and project management systems
• Excellent command of the Greek and German language
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail.
• Proper time management & effective prioritization
