VISTA MARITIME & LOGISTICS S.A, an integrated maritime and logistics services provider based in Piraeus, is looking for professionals to join our Import Department – Documentation and Customer Service Team.
Ideal Candidate’s Desired Skills and Experience:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new software databases (e.g., ORIAN ERP).
- Team spirit, positive attitude, customer service mentality, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in Import Documentation within a Freight Forwarding company will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of incoterms, shipping terminology, and Import procedures will be appreciated.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities:
- Daily planning, organization, and coordination of Sea Cargo Import Shipments.
- Communication with internal teams, international partners, and third-party agents to ensure efficient and smooth shipment handling.
- Checking and verifying Bills of Lading and other shipping documents.
- Tracking shipments according to customer requirements and providing regular updates.
- Managing the full process from file creation to invoicing.
