Kongsberg Global Customer Support division is responsible for Kongsberg Maritime Customer Services and Aftermarket support. 2300 Customer Support employees are present in 40 different countries around the world. During the operational lifetime of more than 30.000 installations, we ensure cost-efficient and effective onboard services, upgrades and spare parts to secure availability and predictability to our customers.
Our customers demand maximum up-time on their assets and strive to keep total cost as low as possible. Global Customer Support, responsible for the Aftermarket shall be reliable and act when territory customers require system upgrades, refits systems.
We are searching for an efficient, capable and ambitious Spare Parts Coordinator for the Automation and control Product Range. The position will be reporting to the Spares Parts Manager Greece.
Overall Tasks & responsibilities
- Coordinating customer inquiries, by creating spare parts sales quotations, orders and follow-up deliveries
- Contribute to invoicing process (invoice control)
- Local warehouse follow-up
- Daily collaboration with technical support teams
- Daily collaboration with KM product centers and sister offices
- Ensure performance in accordance with the Kongsberg Maritime Quality Management System (QHSE) and relevant procedures
- Supporting facility management tasks
Skills and Requirements
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in English
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
- Developed communicational skills
- Strong customer and team focus
- Demonstrate initiative and ownership
- Experience in a similar position
- Bachelor or technical / economics background is welcome
