Job Position: Sales Executive Location: Athens, Greece Employment Type: Full-time
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, strong negotiation skills, and the confidence to build new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and identify new customers, expanding the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular interactions and exceptional customer service.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain and negotiate favourable terms.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with other team members to share market insights, sales strategies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping industry.
- Bachelor’s degree/College diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
