EPE (Environmental Protection Engineering S.A.) is seeking to hire an In- House Attorney (Head of Legal Department) at Law to lead the Group’s Legal Department. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the compliance on legal framework while supporting strategic business decisions.

Main responsibilities

  • Contract Management & Commercial Law
  • Draft, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners ensuring legal and financial protection.
  • Provide legal support in service agreements and licensing contracts.
  • Corporate Governance &  Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with corporate legal requirements including company policies and reporting obligations
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Provide legal support in audits, internal investigations and due diligence processes
  • Dispute Resolution and Litigation
  • Handle legal disputes, claims and negotiations with third parties
  • Represent the Group in legal proceedings or coordinate with external councel when necessary

Requirements

  • Legal Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, maritime or commercial law
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, compliance and risk management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, commercial and operational teams
  • Excellent problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in handling disputes, litigation and liaising with regulatory bodies
