Cargo Quality Coordinator

Neptune Lines is looking for a Cargo Quality Coordinator to join our team. Some of the accountabilities carried by the role are:

• Vehicle Records Management: Collecting and auditing survey reports to update vehicle records.
• Data Entry & Analysis: Entering survey data into the company database, maintaining vehicle statistics, and preparing relevant KPIs.
• Reporting & Documentation: Creating and presenting reports and analyses using Microsoft Office Suite and ensuring proper filing of Cargo Quality cases and emails.
• Claims Support: Preparing survey reports for claims handling and collaborating closely with the Claims Department.
• Vendor & Customer Communication: Managing daily correspondence with customers, surveying companies, and agents.
• Invoice Auditing: Reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy.
• Onboard Vessel Audits: Conducting audits to verify compliance with cargo quality standards.

You will be a successful candidate if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Ship Management Companies or Logistics sector.
• University Degree preferably in Economics, Mathematics. Statistics, Business Administration, Maritime Studies or relevant studies
• Excellent reporting and statistical analytics skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
