Our company is currently seeking an ambitious Sales Support and Front Office Specialist, to join our Sales & Marketing team on a full-time basis and provide direct support to our clients as well as assist in the smooth running of the sales process. The role will also be responsible for providing support as a Front Office specialist.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that will commit himself/herself to exceeding our customers’ expectations and actively contribute to the implementation of Ergonomia’s business strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to sales & marketing team
- Respond to customer inquiries through email or phone
- Prepare offers and contracts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM / Soft1
- Follow up and manage customer accounts
- Administrative support and coordination of marketing campaigns
- Front Office management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, including commercial and finance team
Requirements and skillset:
- BS degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service will be an advantage
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Hands on experience with Soft1 will be considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills
