We are looking for a passionate QHSE Consultant for QHSE System Management, you will be responsible for managing the QHSE processes, procedures and mapping activities required and the proper operation of the company infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Update or issue QHSE documentation
  • Maintain updated the QHSE documentation system (control, update, and distribution of documents)
  • Regular communication with all interested parties internally and externally (i.e. employees, suppliers, subcontractors, customers, certification bodies, etc.) as required for the effective implementation of the QHSE management system.
  • Monitor QHSE objectives and programs implementation.
  • Participate and support regular QHSE compliance obligations assessment.
  • Participate QHSE internal audits and support the issue of internal audit reports
  • Coordinate corrective actions implementation
  • Participate in QHSE management reviews and support the issue of meeting agenda and meeting minutes.
  • Participate in the QHSE external audits conducted by Certification Bodies and support the effective management of respective audit findings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field of study will be considered advantaged. Alternatively relevant experience in the field will be required.
  • Working experience in written procedures authoring and technical writing
  • 1 year experience in ISO certified QHSE management systems implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent in English
