The Head of Design Studio is responsible for overseeing the delivery of design projects, managing the design team, and ensuring the creative vision aligns with client needs. This role combines project management and creative leadership, supporting the team in producing high-quality, innovative designs while maintaining smooth workflows and on-time delivery. This role is central to the company’s success, ensuring that our design vision is not only realized but also continuously evolves to meet the challenges of a dynamic global market. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision:  Lead the transformation of strategic objectives into innovative design concepts that are aligned with the company’s goals and client expectations. Work closely with the management to shape and implement the company’s design strategy across all projects and geographic regions.

Design Management: Manage & Oversee all design disciplines (Arch, Interior, MEP, Graphic) in collaboration with the respective team leaders from concept ideation through to completion, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity while aligning with strategic goals.

Global Coordination: Manage and oversee design projects across multiple countries, ensuring consistency in quality and adherence to local regulations and cultural considerations.

Innovation & Development:  Drive the development and implementation of new design methodologies, tools, and processes that enhance the efficiency, creativity, and sustainability of the company’s design outputs.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:  Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure that all design work meets or exceeds industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects, continuously improving the design function.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5 years of proven experience in architectural design, including project leadership roles.
• Proficiency in BIM design tools (Revit)
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in managing large-scale and complex design projects.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Project Management and interpersonal skills.
