We are currently looking for ERS Business Unit  (Electrification- Renewable – Storage), Business Development Manager to join our team. Will be in charge to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and mentor staff, in order to create and implement strategies to reach targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

 

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for ERS BU product range: EV chargers, BESS systems, PV inverters and electric propulsion systems
  • Conduct market research and Analyze market trends to identify opportunities
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with suppliers, partners and customers to ensure products meet market needs and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Retain excellent relations with existing and potential clients by creating new opportunities for business development
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Provide input for pricing strategies, product positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering,
  • Studies in business, marketing, or related fields will be appreciated.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, support , product management or related fields
  • Experience on field/projects/EPC will be appreciated.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of Electrification & renewable energy market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
  • Knowledge of BESS systems, PV inverters, EV chargers, and electric propulsion systems is preferred.
  • Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
