Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HSQE Superintendent / Technical Superintendent to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, support vessel maintenance, and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage safety systems and ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, etc.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Oversee incident investigations and safety improvements.
- Provide HSQE training for crew and staff.
- Support vessel maintenance and technical operations.
- Maintain HSQE documentation and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of maritime HSQE or technical experience.
- Strong knowledge of maritime safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HSQE management systems and incident reporting tools.
