Marlink is searching for a young, talented and dynamic candidate in view of starting a career path in Maritime Satellite Communications Industry to join as Junior /Inside Sales within Marlink Hellas Sales Force.
Main Goals:
Main goals and purpose of the position:
- to learn, support and grow sales competences on Maritime Maritime Business Portfolio comprised by Satellite Services & ITC / IoT/Cyber Solutions.
- Support Sales team daily activities with key customers and prospects.
- to perform all services diligently to ensure that the obligations are satisfactory performed
- To meet assigned targets.
- To establish / develop new clientele and build up Account management skills via trustful Customer Relationships
- Contribute and assist the overall Marlink organization to achieve its yearly financial target
- Represent Marlink as a brand ambassador to uphold the organization's name in the Satellite Industry
Main Tasks:
- Responsible to support Direct/Indirect Sales
- Inside Sales activities and responsibilities (customer calls, preparation of commercial offers, preparation of order forms / change order forms/draft contracts and handover to legal team)
- Contribute successfully in the Customer Events, marketing activities
- Develop client relationship, achieve, maintain and grow revenue by winning new customers and/or develop existing.
- taking over day to day inside sales support of Tier1 & Tier 2 Accounts, & Coordinate & Work closely with Service Desk and Support MNOC.
- Build and grow continuously list of new prospects (pipeline) through strategical follow up.
- Maintain CRM and all other commercial tools weekly updated.
- Reporting to Marlink Hellas Commercial Director.
Main Knowledge
- University/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration , Management , Marketing, Information Technology, Shipping should be preferred.
- Academic or Working experience in the Marine Electronics or Satellite communications sector would be a key asset

Our corporate language is English, but we mostly speak Greek locally at the headquarters in Piraeus. The position reports to Commercial Director Greece and Cyprus.
