Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a large multinational company in the betting sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position.
Customer Support Representative (Romanian Speaker)
Job Description:
- Handling customer requests through incoming calls
- Managing outbound calls and correspondence
- Maintaining and confirming customer card details
- Providing information and explanations on product features and procedures
Candidate Profile:
- Graduates of Secondary and/or Higher Education
- Excellent knowledge of Romanian Language
- Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong communication skills
- Team spirit of cooperation
