Old established ‘Law 89’ SHIP – MANAGEMENT Company based in Glyfada seeks experienced and qualified SENIOR ACCOUNTANT to join its Financial Division. The ideal candidate should have minimum 6-7 years of experience, preferably in a shipping environment and should be fluent in English, computer literate, capable to work with minimum supervision in a team focused environment. Good Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards & Danaos accounting software is a prerequisite.
Main responsibilities:
- Record of accounting entries
- Responsible for Year-End close process
- Filling and submission of Tax declarations (VAT, Tonnage Tax, Withholding taxes etc)
- MyData Monitoring
