Seamar Management S.A., part of a Nasdaq-listed group, managing an expanding fleet of dry-bulk carriers, seeks an HSQE Coordinator with a minimum 2 years of experience. in a similar role and ideally, familiar with modern management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on daily HSQE departmental issues and ensuring vessels' compliance with Company's IMS procedures.
- Upgrading of the company’s IMS manual following-up observations.
- Follow up near misses and incidents, and coordinating for relevant preventive actions.
- Performing trainings, related to audit findings, HSQE campaigns, results of PSC / Flag inspections, etc.
- Tirelessly promoting the company’s high standards.
Requirements:
- A relevant University degree.
- Excellent English command.
- Strong communication, training skills, and teamwork spirit.
