We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Officer to join our vibrant and fast-paced sales team!
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Affiliate Management: Oversee the administration of contracts and payment statuses, working closely with the accounting team on a quarterly basis.
- Affiliate Partner Engagement: Actively monitor and collaborate with affiliate partners to enhance their performance and drive results.
- Progress Reporting: Provide weekly updates on affiliate partner progress and backlog.
- Sales Performance Reporting: Compile and present monthly sales performance metrics derived from affiliate partners.
- Administrative Support: Manage back-office tasks including contract handling, Jira system updates, and email correspondence.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work in coordination with various departments (accounting, IT, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.
- Mass Communication Campaigns: Execute large-scale email campaigns targeting SME businesses on a bi-monthly basis.
Skills we cannot do without:
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: A deep understanding of Excel for data management and analysis.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Relationship-building Expertise: Adept at fostering and maintaining professional relationships.
