ERMA FIRST ESK Engineering Solutions S.A is seeking to hire a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team:

 Main responsibilities

• Responsible for communication with forwarders on company’s shipments
• Participate in expanding the forwarder and logistics network
• Handle of imports shipments
• Create daily/weekly loading plan
• Handle customs procedures
• Monitor shipments until completion
• Review of shipment invoices

Job requirements

• University Degree in Economics/ Logistics / Supply Chain/ Maritime
• Working experience in the manufacturing industry would be an asset
• Experience in similar position
• Ability to communicate effectively both in written and oral English
• Customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Dynamic personality with multitasking skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
