EPE is seeking to hire a motivated Spare Parts Coordinator with the following main responsibilities and job requirements:
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Piraeus.
As a Spare Parts Coordinator at EPE, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients worldwide.
- Handling customer inquiries and submitting quotations.
- Order processing, dispatching and invoicing.
- Organize 3rd party order delivery according to customer’s guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with other departments within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the maritime industry will be an asset.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problem-solving skills to address issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, and customer inquiries.
