Marine Vetting Manager

Shipping company located in southern suburbs of Athens, operating a fleet of Gas Carriers and Oil Tankers, is looking for a Marine Vetting Manager to join their Operations & Marine Department. Ideal candidate should have previous sea going experience as Master Mariner and minimum (5) years’ experience as a Marine/Vetting Superintendent ashore. Previous experience onboard and/or ashore on Gas Carriers and Oil Tankers will be considered as an asset. Marine Vetting Manager will be responsible for maintaining and implementing the vetting standards on board fleet vessels with sound knowledge of SIRE 2.0 requirements. Excellent command of English , vast knowledge of Vetting/TMSA requirements and availability to travel on short notice are essential .
