Laskaridis Shipping Co. Ltd is seeking a Site Manager, based in China, for the supervision of its Newbuilding Tankers. We are looking for a professional with excellent organizational and leadership skills to ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and in line to the company’s highest safety and quality standards. The Site Manager is expected to lead and oversee a team of inspectors, provide his expertise on design and production challenges during construction and maintain excellent communication with Class societies, Shipyard, and Contractors.
Requirements
- University degree in Naval Architecture - Marine Engineering or similar discipline
- 5+ years of experience in site offices in shipyards, preferably for tanker vessels
- Good Computer literacy
- Proficient in English
