Marketing Expert
 

Job description:

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring on-time completion within budget and KPI targets.
• Analyze profit and loss of new and existing products, estimate launch dates, volumes, and sales for key markets.
• Request and analyze competitive landscape data from media houses.
• Coordinate marketing elements and layouts for product launches with editorial and creative teams.
• Manage pricing data, barcodes, and fiscal/legal requirements for product distribution and sale.
• Prepare launch specs and product presentations for distribution networks and partners.
• Collaborate with creative agencies on localization and voice-over production for advertising spots.
• Develop and manage influencer collaborations and campaign briefs.
• Coordinate sample dispatch and offline promotional activities.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, media plans, and cost efficiency.
• Propose improvements to the company's online presence and execute related actions.

Candidate profile:

• University degree in Business/Marketing or similar fields
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English both written and verbally
• Familiarity with modern marketing tools and technologies
• Expertise in marketing, branding, and strategy development
• Strong skills in target audience segmentation, research, and data analysis.
• Flexibility to travel abroad according to business needs
