Product Information Management – Master Data Coordinator

About the Role:

As a P.I.M. and Master Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of master data across our information systems. You’ll use your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage product, supplier, and customer information while collaborating closely with other departments. Your ability to navigate information systems and apply structured approaches to data management will be essential. This role requires adherence to internal policies, as well as external regulations, while working with systems like Entersoft, P.I.M. systems, and MSSQL Server databases. You will report directly to the Information Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the setup of new products, suppliers, and customers in the system.
• Maintain and update existing data, ensuring accuracy for products, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage price updates, commercial policies, and the categorization and hierarchy of articles.
• Ensure the master data in Entersoft is up to date and correctly entered.
• Validate the integrity of existing master data, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
• Manage documentation related to master data, ensuring everything is up to date and accessible.
• Improve processes by developing more efficient ways of working with master data.
• Lead the development of EDI processes and create business integration rules and parameters between systems.
• Ensure all incoming master data complies with required formats and completeness standards.
• Perform data updates and management tasks within MSSQL Server databases.
• Play an active role in internal and external projects related to master data and business integration.

Your curiosity drives you to continuously explore how master data can better support business operations in a fast-paced, logistics-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SQL for database management.
• Experience with Entersoft ERP is an advantage, but not required.
