Technical Coordinator

A shipping company in Glyfada with a modern fleet of bulk carriers is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their team. The role involves assisting superintendent engineers with daily technical matters, coordinating with class, flag, PSC, Rightship, dry-BMS, updating the PMS as required, and ensuring electronic and physical filing of department records.

Applicants should have a university degree in engineering or naval architecture, as well as 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and time management skills, along with a high level of ethics, integrity, and multitasking ability are essential. Additional experience with repairs, drydocking, and surveys will be advantageous. Knowledge of Danaos, MS Office, and ERP software, industry standards, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are also necessary.
