Crew Operator

A shipping company in Glyfada with an expanded modern fleet of bulk carriers is seeking a Crew Operator to join their team. The responsibilities include managing and monitoring daily operations of the crew, training new crew members, ensuring crew certification, monitoring crew performance and productivity, and maintaining crew records.

Candidates must hold a university degree in maritime studies along with 3 years of relevant experience, they should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, as well as knowledge of Danaos, and MS Office. An active listener with strong organizational, interpersonal and time-management skills, attention to detail, and highly professional demeanor and appearance.
