Crew Manager

A shipping company in Glyfada with an expanded modern fleet of bulk carriers is seeking a Crew Manager to join their team. The responsibilities include managing and overseeing the recruitment and selection process of crew members, monitoring crew performance, conducting regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement, developing, maintaining, and implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all crew regulations (STCW, MLC, Flag), and preparing/managing budget and controlling costs for crew operations.

Candidates must hold a university degree in maritime studies or a Mariner diploma, along with 5 years of relevant experience. They should possess strong leadership, team management, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills. Additionally, they should have knowledge of Danaos, MS Office, and industry standards, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
