Laskaridis Shipping Co. LTD is currently seeking a qualified and motivated IT Junior Assistant to join our team.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICT support department
- A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong team communication, troubleshooting, and networking skills
- Expertise in virtual infrastructure and Microsoft Cloud/Office 365 environments
- Familiarity with cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, Teams Calling, 365 Tools
- Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN topologies, Unifi & Mikrotik security/network products
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, Windows 10/11
- Experience with IT support for a fleet of vessels and satellite communications
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server OS and services (AD, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Basic networking experience (IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, routing)
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Strong ability to manage IT networks, maintain and support servers, software, and telecom systems
