Polish Register of Shipping (PRS) Hellas, located in Piraeus is seeking to fulfill vacancy for the position of Marine Surveyor, who will be responsible mainly for classification and statutory surveys.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years work experience in Shipping Industry, either as class surveyor or as Owner superintendent or as shipyard quality control inspector or as an Engineer (on board merchant vessels)
- Previous experience as a Marine surveyor in other classification society will be an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Greek Language (written and spoken),
- Good Computer skills,
- Possession of driving License,
- Ability to work as a team member and on tight schedules,
- Physically able to work in confined spaces, hazardous atmospheres, etc.,
- Willing to travel frequently.
