Training Specialist

Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of Vodafone Greece, is currently seeking a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Training Specialist

 

Job Description  

• Conduct skill-level tests and identify training needs

• Collaborate with COPs Field experts on creating and delivering training workshops and courses for employee development 

• Partner with instructors designers, web developers and COPs Field experts to enhance training courses and introduce online learning modules

• Measure learner’s progress against established development standards and learning milestones

• Oversee the creation of detailed and accurate progress reports, ensuring their prompt distribution to both training participants and management 

• Conduct research on the latest trends and methodologies in employee development and manage their integration into the company’s learning programs

Candidate Profile
•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
•    At least 3 years of experience in Training, Education, or a similar field 
•    Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written communication skills)
•    Solid computer skills, especially MS Excel (experience in LMS software will be consider a plus)
•    Establish performance-based training objectives
•    Clearly set and communicate the assigned goals 
•    Conduct training needs analysis using research and analytical skills
•    Experience in designing instructional materials
•    Proficient in evaluating the acquired knowledge in job performance
•    Skillful multitasking across various projects, adeptly allocating time and resources to ensure efficient completion within specified timeframes.
