EPE is seeking to hire a motivated R&D Design Engineer with the following main responsibilities and job requirements

R&D Design Engineer

Position Description:

• In collaboration with the process engineering team undertake the design of new products and improvement  of existing systems. 
• Design engineering tasks for existing products.
• Contribute to engineering phase during offers and orders stages to fulfil client requests. 
• Update, P&IDs, PFDs and 3D models and production drawings accordingly.
• Modify written technical documentation, manuals, equipment datasheet & specifications as requested.
• Provide support to design & production teams to ensure proper application of engineering solutions developed by the R&D.
• Assist in the product transfer to production line of the newly developed company products.
• Collaborate with technical department and other departments’ personnel to implement most promising opportunities.

Requirements

• Technical University degree in mechanical engineering
• Working knowledge of SolidWorks, Inventor & AutoCAD CAD Software Suite
• Good knowledge of machine elements, analysis & synthesis of mechanisms
• Selection and use of pumps and piping systems
• Understanding of common machine shop practices and fabrication techniques
• Strong analytical thinking and systematic approach of problems solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
• Ability to maintain a positive and productive attitude under pressure
• Ability to work with deadlines
