Supply Chain Market Operations Quality Specialist

Job Description

  • Track Company’s good receipts and ensure batch release for local distribution in Greece or shipment to Cyprus and Malta, including the control of local overlabeling activities in compliance with the applicable local regulations and local procedures.
  • Coordinate returned goods evaluation process and support local actions, in cooperation with customer service/supply and logistics and distribution center.
  • Support investigation and resolution of all product quality and compliance issues related to Pfizer commercial products distributed in Greece, Cyprus, Malta
  • Use and maintain tracking tools to track commitments resulting from deviation management, change control, local regulatory authorities Inspections and internal audits
  • Recording and processing commercial Pfizer product complaints reported by internal and external customers in Greece, Cyprus, Malta across all business units.
  • Interact with the relevant local stakeholders (such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical, BU, Supply and Logistics), local Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and relevant distributors in Greece, Cyprus and Malta in such issues as appropriate.

Candidate’s Profile

  • University degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or another related field
  • Post Graduate Degree will be considered a plus
  • Previous experience on similar position or in quality and technical aspects in the industry
  • Full proficiency in English language both verbal and written
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience with ERP computer systems and data analysis
  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate in a cross-functional team
  • Diplomatic in communication with internal and external customers
