Supply Chain Systems Analyst

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for the monitoring of the process cycle and the Supply Chain Systems, the streamlining of them in order to improve the effectiveness of the tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

• Reporting for the effectiveness and the evaluation of the tasks of the department
• KPI’s Analysis and Reading
• Analysis and Collection of Business data
• Quality control of the processes and the systems for their correct operation (Monitoring)
• Suggestions and solutions for the optimal operation of the systems, with the view to quickly serve both the “internal” and the final customer
• Cooperation with the IT Department in order to develop the reports and the systems
• Active participation and support in the projects

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a similar position
• A bachelor’s degree in Supply chain / Logistics management, Operations Management, Finance, or Business Management
• A good knowledge of ERP and WMS programs is required (knowledge of SAP will be considered as an additional qualification)
• Excellent command of MS Office applications
• Operational experience in BI tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, similar skills in other languages will be considered as a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics
• Developed communication, organizational skills and teamwork spirit
• Effective problem solving focusing on the final result
