Network Operations Engineer

Job Description

• Supports monitoring, operation, and management of network services.
• Manages events, incidents, configurations, and deployments.
• Follows network operations processes for project initiation, incident management, and cost control.
• Assists with preventive maintenance and testing.
• Ensures activities meet operational standards and KPIs.
• Updates Customer Care/Service Managers to ensure SLA delivery, service availability, and quality.
• Supports Service Assurance consolidation for IT and Networks, managing incidents, problems, and network expansions.

Candidate Profile

• University or College degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Physics or Computer Science
• At least 2 years of experience in technical support on fixed services
• Experience in telecommunications, Computer Systems, Computers networking and Internet services
• Very good level of Greek and English language (oral and written communication skills)
• Experience on MS Office programs
• CCNA Certification is considered a plus
