Atlas, a company of Adecco Group of Greece, on behalf of its client a large telecommunications company, is looking for one person to staff the following position:


Product Manager


Job description:​​​​​​​

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the prepaid segment, aligned with the Company's overall business goals
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation
  • Utilize customer insights and feedback to improve prepaid products and services continuously​​​​​​​
  • Work closely with the customer service to enhance the customer journey and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Lead the development and launch of new prepaid offerings, bundles, and promotions to maximize market share and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and propose data-driven actions to optimize pricing, promotions and features
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management​​​​​​​
  • Act as the key liaison between the prepaid product team and other departments to align on business objectives 
  • Track and report on the prepaid segment's key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Regularly update senior management on product performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure all prepaid products comply with local regulatory requirements and the Company's internal policiesCo-define pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability


Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management, customer care, or customer experience
  • Strong knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from ideation to execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for creating customer-centric products
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on long-term growth and competitive advantages
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
