HR Business Partner (Interim agent – 1-year contract)

Adecco, on behalf of Cedefop, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, one of the EU’s decentralized agencies, based in Thessaloniki Greece, is seeking to recruit a highly driven candidate for the following position:

HR Business Partner

(Interim agent – 1-year contract)

The HR service provides a full range of centralized, comprehensive human resource management services for the employees of Cedefop and assists Cedefop’s management in attracting and retaining qualified employees.

The interim agent will contribute to the work of the HR with focus on talent acquisition and mapping and reengineering of HR processes, as follows:

• Talent acquisition: drafting of vacancy notices, launching selection calls and dissemination activities, ensuring adherence to Cedefop procedures and rules, eligibility check, preparing recruitment documents, support to selection boards

• HR processes: creating an inventory and standard operating procedures for all key HR processes

• Additional tasks in the HR portfolio as may be required in the interest of service

Candidate’s profile:

• University degree in Human Resources management, law, business administration, psychology or other field relevant to the tasks.
• At least 3 years of experience as HR professional in the last 8 years in areas related to the tasks described above, with a focus on  talent acquisition
• Command of English at least C1 level in accordance with CEFR
• Experience working in international environment is considered an advantage
• Planning skills and results orientation

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Ability to challenge the status quo and growth mindset
