EPE is seeking to hire a motivated Technical Support Engineer with the following main responsibilities and job requirements:

Role Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers resolve their technical issues. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on the status of their support requests.
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
