HSQE Officer / Deputy DPA

Seamar Management S.A., part of a Nasdaq listed group of companies, managing an expanding fleet of dry-bulk carriers, seeks a Senior HSQE Officer/ Deputy DPA with minimum 4 years of experience in this role and familiar with modern management systems.
Main responsibilities will be maintaining and improving company's IMS, following-up and analyzing near miss, occurrences, and incidents to coordinate company's preventive actions, conducting audits onboard, processing risk assessments and generally, constantly and tirelessly promoting the company’s high standards across the fleet.
Candidates should have a relevant University degree, or previous sea-going experience, Certification as an internal auditor ISM/ISPS/MLC -ISO9000, 45001 and excellent English command. Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit are imperative.
