Customer Engagement Specialist (Marousi)

Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a large multinational pharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Customer Engagement Specialist (Marousi)

1. Support digital communication with HCPs in a personalized way in BAS

• Set up & implement digital campaigns
• Cooperate with Agencies working on company’s digital projects to ensure that deliverables are in line with company’s expectations from a technical perspective & meet agreed timelines
• Lead locally the technical part of customer engagement projects, initiated from BAS or HQs, ensuring that the outcome meets business needs

2. Manage CRM system in BAS

• Act as go-to person for troubleshooting and end user support
• Train users into CRM functionalities

3. Support decision making in BAS based on data & insights

• Provide input in KPI setting process for digital marketing activities & measure performance accordingly.
• Ensure effective tagging of elements in omnichannel campaigns.
• Support sales and marketing teams with omnichannel reports based on CRM and/or digital campaign data.
• Work closely with reporting agencies to develop and maintain automated dashboards in Qliksense, based on CRM, digital campaigns and/or sales data, ensuring regular KPI monitoring.
• Support data science initiatives in BAS.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, life sciences.
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Ability to address technical problems related to digital communication and use digital solutions and platforms.
• Analytical skills, including the ability to work with numbers and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
