Organizational Psychologist - EAP Consultant

Ergonomia SA is the leading company in the field of Prevention and Control of Occupational Safety Risk and Risk Management, aiming at the establishment of a safe and productive workplace.

Our company is currently seeking for an ambitious Organizational Psychologist – EAP Consultant, specialized on Mental Health and Employee Well-being, to join our team on a full-time basis and provide direct support to our clients through the delivery of assessments, trainings and interventions on several issues affecting employees’ performance and wellness.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual that will commit himself to exceeding our customers’ expectations and actively contribute to the implementation of Ergonomia business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health assessments and refer to appropriate level of care
• Provide employee consultation related to personal problems and concerns / Provide health or crisis assessment and interventions
• Assists in efforts to continuously improve by identifying and bringing to the attention of responsible entities, operations inefficiencies
• Conduct training sessions regarding Workplace Harassment and Discrimination/ Mental Health and Well-being/ Parental Care/ Stress management etc.
• Conduct Psychosocial Risk Assessment Studies
• Retain and assist in developing current clientele and support the enhancement of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• BA/MSc in Clinical / Organizational Psychology
• Professional license to practice
• At least 2 years of experience in an organizational context
• Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
• Previous experience in Employee Assistance Programs will be considered an asset

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP will be considered an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
• Interpersonal skills
