STIRIXIS Group is looking for a Project Architect

The person we are looking for the position of the Project Architect should cover the criteria below.

Responsibilities:

• Execute design projects for company’s clients (concept design, predesign, design development)
• Present the work of the company to clients and communicate with them during the project
• Execute corresponding Bill of Quantities and Budgets up to the design development phase
• Collaborate with other team members (strategic consultants, graphic designers, 3d designers etc) on projects and manage the design phase of each project
• Collaborate with construction managers (for those projects that have one)
• Supervise as author project executions
• Support the Project Manager to adhere to project limitations (deadlines/costs etc)

Requirements:

• University degree/post graduate diploma
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position and in building projects
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite
• Excellent knowledge Autocad, MS office applications
• Willingness to work based on project deadlines
• Other required skills: able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough.
• Additional languages, university degrees, knowledge of MS Project, 3dMax will be highly appreciated.
